This addon contains two patches, one for Half Life: Blue Shift which fixes some HUD icons to display as the color blue as intended instead of incorrect default Half-Life orange/yellow. And a Half-Life: Decay patch for the PC port/mod which fixes the games name in your steam library to display as "Half-Life: Decay" instead of just "Decay" and also fixes the steam icon so that it actually displays. Installation instructions are included in the readme files. These are very minor patches that I am more just uploading for my own personal use. But minor details such as this matter to some people.
